No. All items listed in my shop are digital downloads that are received instantly upon successful payment processing. There is no physical item sent to your home address. Instead, they're either forward to your email or attached to the receipt on your Etsy account.

This should only be a problem if you purchase as a guest, rather than through an Etsy account. If you're unable to access the email address used to purchase an item, please send me a message. I'll be able to see your order transaction and send the files to the correct email address.

Please message me privately with any problems or concerns regarding your order. I will try my best to offer support and assistance to resolve your issue.

My shop's policies state that all sales are final. Digital items make it difficult to allow returns, so please understand this prior to purchase. However, I am happy to review all situations.

As a general rule of thumb, please read all the information in the images, description, and shop policies. Should there be another question you'd like to answer, please contact me. I am happy to give a product demonstration if you wanted further clarification before buying.

The files can either be printed and written on. You can add them to a binder. The margins offer spacing to fit all binding options.

They can be used and edited digitally. Programs like Preview (Mac) and Adobe Reader (free on Mac + PC) allow you to add text to the file. However, the capabilities are limited. Paid programs like Adobe Acrobat allow you to edit and add text. This is perfect if you want to edit a title or header.

'Printable' files can also be opened and edited on an iPad or tablet device through PDF reader applications, such as Goodnotes or Notability.

If you are unable to edit the file yourself and would like some changes making to fit your needs please message me privately!

Digital files are best used via an iPad, tablet, or computer. All digital listings are fillable and can be saved at the convenience of using a reliable PDF reader.

The files can be opened and annotated with a PDF reader application such as Adobe Acrobat, Preview, GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo, Drawboard, etc. Applications may vary depending on if you're using an iOS device, Android, or Windows. As a general note, make sure the applications allow your own PDF files to be imported. Generally, these do not need printing but can be if necessary.

An iPad and Apple pencil are my personal preference for using digital files such as the planners and notebooks I sell, but they're not the only option.

I currently do not allow for my items to be resold. These are for personal use only and should not be adjusted, distributed, or sold again.
